Abstract

Social housing development is one of the important solutions to promote the development of the housing market, and at the same time provide housing support for social policy beneficiaries, low-income and the poor people facing shelter difficulties in order to contribute to political stability and ensure social security. The article outlines the policy and status of social housing development in Vietnam, the experience of Korea and China in social housing development, thereby proposing some solutions to develop this problem.
