It can be affirmed that unemployment insurance is like a "lifeline" for employees and employers in difficult circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The article outlines unemployment insurance policies, analyzes the role and humanity of unemployment insurance policies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
