Abstract

Over the past time, service providers in the corporate bond market have been gradually formed, playing an important role in promoting publicity, transparency, and improving the market's operational efficiency. This article evaluates the role of service providers in the corporate bond market and makes some recommendations to improve the legal framework and enhance the role of these organizations in the Vietnamese corporate bonds market.
