Abstract

In recent years, under the policy of economic reform and development of the Party and the State, the collective and cooperative economic sector have made initially positive changes in quality and quantity, gradually affirming the fundamental role of the collective and cooperative economic sector in the national economy. This article reviews the positive results of the collective economy, the core of which is the cooperative economy since the IXth Party Central Committee issued Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW on March 18, 2002 on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy, thereby proposing a number of solutions to further promote this economic form to develop in the new context.
