Abstract

Over the years, the quality of public hospitals has had many changes. However, in order to further improve the quality of medical examination and treatment services in particular and the quality of public hospitals in general, it is necessary to have in-depth studies on the influencing factors from facilities, trust, care, human resources, service attitude and finance. Based on the analysis of 305 survey samples from patients using health services of public hospitals in the area, the research team gives an academic perspective on the influencing factors and proposes recommendations to improve the quality of public hospitals in Hanoi in the near future.
