Abstract

In Vietnam, the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected the socio-economic situation in general and operations of businesses in particular; pushed many businesses into difficulties, even to bankruptcy. To overcome difficulties, it is required that Vietnamese enterprises have a business strategy suit that is proper to the situation; business plans need to be flexible according to the evolution of the marketing environment.
