This paper provides an overview of the role and objectives of rearranging and handling buildings and land; the actual situation of rearranging and handling buildings and land of non-business entities and state-owned enterprises in recent years to form a basis for promoting the rearrangement and handling of buildings and land of non-business entities and state-owned enterprises in the future.
