Abstract

The article summarizes the process of establishment and development of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Corporation (Vinacomin), the equitization plan and implementation outcomes. On the basis of assessing the achieved results and limitations, the article proposes solutions to enhance the equitization process.
