Abstract

The draft National Reserve Development Strategy to 2030 was submitted by the Ministry of Finance to the Prime Minister for approval in the dispatch No. 87/TTr-TCDT dated April 20th, 2022. Accordingly, in the draft strategy, the goal is set to improve the efficiency of management, mobilization and use of national reserve resources to 2030; To build a national reserve of sufficient size, reasonable structure, strategic and essential product list to be ready and proactively respond promptly and effectively to national reserve targets and tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister. To achieve these goals, the draft strategy has set out specific tasks and solutions.
