Abstract

On June 16th, 2022, the 15th National Assembly passed the Law on Insurance Business in the third session (Law No. 08/2022/QH15). Taking effect from January 1st, 2023, the Law on Insurance Business will have a great impact on the insurance market, creating a foundation for sustainable development for the Vietnamese insurance market to realize the goals set out in the Insurance Market Development Strategy Project to 2030.
