Abstract

From 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has progressed complicatedly and heavily affecting all socio-economic fields globally, including Vietnam. Import and export activities also faced difficulties because countries applied pandemic prevention measures that disrupted the supply chains. In that context, Vietnam Customs has implemented extensive administrative reform to reduce the time for customs clearance, create favorable conditions for businesses, and meet state management requirements to improve national competitiveness.
