Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 creates new opportunities and challenges in the application of information technology and the building of e-Government which requires ministries, industries and localities to conduct research programs on information technology application. To build a successful e-Government under the direction of the Prime Minister, it is indispensable to pay attention to the document management and administration system. Any agency must monitor and manage outgoing and incoming documents of the unit, this activity is associated with clerical work and archiving at the unit. This article highlights the new version of document management program at units under the Ministry of Finance and proposes solutions in the coming time.
