Abstract

The financial sector is aiming to establish a modern, public and transparent digital financial platform based on big data, open financial data; advanced and diversified digital financial ecosystem in all fields to ensure the efficiency and safety of information. The context poses an imperative requirement in researching, building and renewing business processes of the securities trading industry to implement digital transformation and to meet the demands of the Industry 4.0 and the Vietnamese securities market. The article assesses the current situation of digital transformation in the securities trading industry in recent years, and at the same time, suggests solutions to accelerate the digital transformation process of the securities trading industry in the coming period.
