Abstract

Changes in the direction of US economic cooperation with other countries in the coming time will affect Vietnam through trade and investment channels. The study of policy proposals to transform Vietnam - US trade relations to a new state with larger scale and benefit corresponding with increased bilateral tie including the possibility of forming a free-trade agreement between Vietnam and the United States.
