Abstract

In Vietnam, over the past time, capital channels into the real estate market have faced many difficulties. Therefore, bank credit channels are considered a  solution to save liquidity for the real estate market. The Government has directed the finance and banking industry to facilitate the real estate market and businesses to gradually overcome difficulties and develop steadily. This article discusses the status of real estate credit in Vietnam and the current issues.
