Abstract
On February 28th 2023, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No.13/2023/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of contents on value-added tax. This article overviews value-added tax and characteristics of value-added tax, clarifies the need for amendments and supplements that is attracting the attention of businesses.
