Abstract

The disbursement of public investment plan for the year 2023 plays an important role in the socio-economic development of localities, both individually and the nation as a whole. Therefore, local authorities have been actively and proactively implementing various s olutions to effectively implement this task. However, the disbursement of public investment capital in 2023  still faces difficulties and challenges in many localities, requiring comprehensive solutions to achieve the disbursement targets as directed by the Prime Minister.
