In recent years, Vietnam has implemented various measures to develop the stock  market and has achieved some impressive initial results: The market size is expanding, the market structure is improving, and it is becoming an important source for businesses and the economy to mobilize long-term capital. However, in the context of complicated global economic fluctuations, the international stock market remains unpredictable, with the potential for highinflation... To ensure the healthy, transparent, and sustainable development of the stock market and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors,it is still necessary to continue enhancing the legal framework and regulations concerning securities.
