In recent decades, along with economic development, the level of environmental pollution has been increasing, making environmental issues a top concern for the sustainable development of many countries. To achieve the goal of economic development linked to minimizing environmental pollution, tax policies for environmental protection are identified as an effective economic instrument. In recent years, environmental protection taxes have played a significant role in realizing the economic development objectives and reducing environmental pollution.
