Abstract

In recent years, the development of industrial zones and economic zones in Vietnam has achieved significant results, making a substantial contribution to the socioeconomic development of the nation. Industrial zones and economic zones are increasingly demonstrating their pivotal role in economic development, serving as a driving force in the economic structural transition towards an increased share of industry and services. They provide active support for the industrialization
and modernization process in various regions, especially in areas facing economic and social challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to implement effective solutions regarding mechanisms, policies and development plans for these zones.
