GIẢI PHÁP NÂNG CAO NĂNG SUẤT LAO ĐỘNG Ở VIỆT NAM

Abstract

The labor productivity report for Vietnam in the period 2011-2020, recently published at the beginning of 2023, indicates that in recent years, the quality of Vietnam’s workforce has made progress. The quality of the labor force in our country has experienced significant improvements in both value and speed. Employees with technical qualifications and degrees or certificates in Vietnam have increased substantially over the past 10 years. This article evaluates the labor productivity of Vietnam and proposes solutions to increase labor productivity in the coming period.
