Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has comprehensively impacted the national economies worldwide, including Vietnam, disrupting global supply chains and directly affecting businesses in various sectors such as production, trade, and services. In accordance with the Prime Minister’s Directive, many important policies have been promptly issued by relevant ministries and authorities to address challenges in business operations, ensure social welfare, and particularly, implement credit policies to support the development of enterprises. This article investigates the current situation of utilizing financial policies to aid businesses in overcoming difficulties and promoting business operations in the post-COVID-19 period. It also analyzes the factors influencing these policies.
