Abstract

From 2015 to date, the operational performance assessment and classification of 100% state-owned enterprises have been conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Law on Management and Use of State  Capital Invested in Production and Business Operations of Enterprises, Decree No. 87/2015/ND-CP, Circular No. 200/2015/TT-BTC, and so on. However, during the implementation process, certain difficulties and shortcomings have been revealed. Therefore, this article overviews the operational performance assessment and classification of 100% state-owned enterprises, thereby proposing solutions to innovate the methods of operational performance assessment and classification of 100% state-owned enterprises.
