Specifically, on January 22nd, 2020, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 149/ QD-TTg approving the National Financial Inclusion Strategy until 2025, with a vision towards 2030, which outlined the viewpoint of promoting safe, effective, and sustainable comprehensive financial development. This  strategy emphasizes the coordination and participationof both state and private sectors, along with tasks and solutions such as refining legal frameworks and diversifying financial products and services. Within the framework of financial inclusion  evelopment, policy credit is one of the important tools and solutions usedby the Party, the Government, and local authorities at all levels to achieve national goals of sustainable poverty reduction and social welfare assurance.
