Abstract

On April 23rd, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 508/QĐ-TTg approving the Tax System Reform Strategy to 2030. The successful implementation of this Strategy is very important to enhance resources for the sustainable state budget. However, in the current context when the economy is facing multiple difficulties, the implementation of the Strategy requires an appropriate roadmap and steps, while dealing with both short-term and long term problems, simultaneously, it is essential to stick to goals and tasks to ensure the synchronization of tax policy reform with the tax administration reform.
