Abstract

In recent years, the scope and principles of state capital investment in enterprises (enterprise establishment, additional capital investment for active enterprises, and additional state capital investment in joint-stock
companies, limited liability companies with two or more members) have been implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Enterprises (Law No.
69/2014/QH13). The Law No. 69/2014/QH13 serves as an important legal framework that has contributed to advancing the process of state capital investment in enterprises, achieving promising results. In the coming
time, to ensure effective state capital investment in enterprises, it is necessary to focus on key solutions.
