Abstract

Public assets serve as the material basis for state management, providing public services to society, ensuring national defense and security, and acting as financial resources for socio-economic development. Since the enactment of the Public Asset Management Law in 2017, significant progress has been made, yet there remain challenges that necessitate continued innovation to enhance management efficiency in mobilizing and utilizing economic resources, including
public assets, as per the directive of Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated January 15th, 2019 of the Politburo.
