Abstract

Vietnam’s digital economy has experienced significant growth in recent years, contributing to the national economic development, with the added value of the digital economy to GDP exceeding 12% annually from 2020 to 2023 (this particularly facilitated Vietnam’s economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic). This research evaluates the results of Vietnam’s digital economy development, identifies challenges and opportunities, and provides recommendations for stakeholders to further develop Vietnam’s digital economy in the future
