Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce has transformed business practices in Vietnam. Alongside its advantages, the risks involved in transactions require not only technical solutions but also a more comprehensive and robust legal framework. This article clarifies the factors influencing the effective promotion of e-commerce based on the current legal framework. Through an online survey conducted with 155 respondents, using the quantitative research method PLS-SEM model on SPSS and AMOS 20 software, the results show that personal data security significantly impacts the promotion of e-commerce, emphasizing the need for a unified e-commerce legal system.
