Abstract

Effective disbursement of public investment capital is both a goal, a measure and a task in the annual management of all levels, sectors and localities. In order to facilitate management and improve the efficiency of using public investment capital, the Party and State have issued many mechanisms and policies, as well as orientations on disbursement of public investment capital, associated with the investment management mechanism and policy of the State in each period. The article provides an overview of mechanisms and policies on disbursement of public investment capital, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the management and efficiency of public investment capital in the coming time.
