Abstract

In the 2016-2020, the equitization and divestment process in Hanoi has been actively implemented, ensuring publicity, transparency and law compliance. However, besides the achieved results, the equitization and divestment process of the city still faces multiple difficulties and obstacles, and has not yet achieved the set plan. The article analyzes the current state of equitization and divestment process of Hanoi and proposes solutions to ensure the accomplishment of the equitization plan for the period 2021-2025.
