Abstract

This article analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam in recent years. The study points out the opportunities and challenges for Vietnam when receiving the shifting trend of FDI inflows in the current period, thereby proposing a number of recommendations and improve the ability to attract capital, making the most benefits from FDI capital for economic development.
