Abstract

This study analyzes and evaluates the major trends in the global financial market and makes some policy recommendations for Vietnam. Research results show that digital transformation, digital currency development, and greening will reshape the global and Vietnamese financial markets in the current period. New mainstream trends with impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, conflicts, political and economic tensions... create multiple opportunities and challenges for the financial markets of each country including Vietnam. On that background, the author proposes and recommends policies to help Vietnam’s financial market increase its resilience and develop sustainably.
