Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent conflict between Russia and Ukraine have caused the world economy to face multiple difficulties. Soaring oil and gas prices have led to a rise in prices of many commodities, pushing countries to face the risk of record-high inflation. Facing complicated events, the State Bank of Vietnam has implemented flexible monetary policy to control inflation, support economic recovery and development.
