Abstract

Digital transformation is the process of holistic and comprehensive change of individuals and organizations in the way of living, working and production methods based on digital technology and is an inevitable trend in the future. In Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance is one of the pioneers in researching and implementing the achievements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and digital transformation. The achieved results in digital transformation in the past time will be the foundation for the Ministry of Finance to form a comprehensive, complete, advanced and diversified digital financial ecosystem in all fields.
