Over the past time, online public services provided by the Ministry of Finance are becoming more and more convenient due to diversified applications and utilities. It helps save time and costs, bring satisfaction to organizations, individuals and businesses when participating in transactions with financial institutions. To provide people, businesses and organizations with more interactive channels, and to support them when looking up information, or when performing online public services provided by the Ministry of Finance in the quick, immediate, and 24/7 manner to enhance satisfaction and transparency, the Ministry of Finance will soon deploy a virtual assistant software system (Chatbot) to support and guide the implementation of online public services.
