Abstract

In the financial market structure, credit plays a particularly important role in the efficient use of financial resources for the economy. Therefore, the Law on Credit Institutions is an important legal basis in the operation and supervision management of the State. To create a dynamic and effective development of the financial market, the State Bank is collecting feedback on the draft Law on Credit Institutions (amended). The draft law inherits the provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12, Law No. 17/2017/ QH14 amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010 to adjust contents in accordance with reality.
