Abstract

In 2023, the disbursement of public investment capital is expected to encounter significant challenges, as the disbursement rate until the end of August has not met expectations. The pressure to disburse public investment capital is large, therefore the State Treasury system has to implement various solutions to accelerate the disbursement progress and ensure the effectiveness of public investment.
