Abstract

In Vietnam, the establishment of a clean, innovative, and people-centric Government has become a leading principle for the entire political system. Therefore, in recent years, the construction of an innovative and developmental Government has been actively promoted. The government provides direction to ministries and agencies to enhance administrative reform activities, regularly collects and incorporates the feedbacks of the people and the business community, and creates a
legal environment that is fair, equal, and favorable for the development of all economic sectors, making them competitive at both the regional and international levels.
