Abstract

Abstract: Improving the quality of preschool’s managerial staff is one of the most important ways to raise the standard of caring and educating children in preschools. On the basis of studying the theory and examining the practical situation of this matter in preschools in Vung Tau city, this thesis paper proposes some solutions to improve the quality of preschool’s managerial staff in Vung Tau city in order to meet the requirements of the innovation process of preschool education nowadays.
