Community-based water resources management to adapt to climate change

Climate change may impact on water resources; caused changes in water resources management measures, water services and actors/fields using water,… Climate change adaptation is a process that requires a change of thinking in the long-term investment and development towards sustainable development. Using of local knowledge, actively respond will play a key role in choosing development methods of localities, efficient and sustainable use and management of water resource in localities. Therefore, it will be an efficient approach based community resources to reduce cost and active in water resource managing in the context of climate change. The article deals with an theoretical approach to combined community-based natural resources management and community-based climate change adaptation in some studies and practical application in water resources management in the context of climate change.
