SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RESPONSE TO CLIMATE CHANGE, NATURAL DISASTER PREVENTION AND SEARCH AND RESCUE OF THE PEOPLE'S PUBLIC SECURITY FORCE

Abstract

 The People's Public Security force plays a very important role in responding to climate change, natural disaster prevention and locating and rescuing at all levels. However, in the process of implementing these activities, the police sector still revealed some shortcomings. In order to improve the effectiveness of disaster risk reduction and prevention, it is necessary to synchronously deploy many solutions on improving organizational structure and operation, increasing resources and propagating, educating and raising awareness and qualifications of the Public Security force. This article introduces some specific solutions to improve the role and effectiveness in response to climate change, disaster prevention and locating and rescue of the People's Public Security force.
