Improvement of policy and legislation for effective response to climate change

Abstract

Viet Nam National Assembly and Government have been formulating many climate change related policies and legislation. However, there are still gaps and limitations on promulgation and enforcement of the policies and legislation. This paper presents analysis of current status, assessing the existent gaps of climate change related laws and policies. The paper also proposes measures for improving the policy and legistration on climate change in Viet Nam.
