RESEARCH ON ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INDEX LIST FOR ASSESSMENT OF LOW-CARBON INDUSTRIAL PARK OF TRANG BANG, IN TAY NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Carbon emissions from industrial zones rises along with economic development as an inevitable consequence. Therefore, research on carbon emissions in industrial zones has become a necessity. In order to evaluate low-carbon industrial parks, this study proposes a setup procedure and specific construction method for index list to guide the assessment of low-carbon industrial park of Trang Bang, Tay Ninh. Through the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), expert methods and document overview, the study has built a set of principles for evaluating an index list for assessment of low-carbon industrial. The research results have provided the index list for assessment of low-carbon industrial including 30 index for evaluating low-carbon industrial parks which can be applied in Viet Nam's conditions.
