Requirements to university libraries, facing up to changes in higher-school education

Abstract

      Mentions three changes of higher school education at present: Expansion of learner objects, self-learning-oriented training method and multi-opportunities for choice of learning places; highlights requirements to university libraries to dealt with these changes, namely, to define clearly information users, to assure self-learning service and to create attractive learning  and living environments for them.
