Economic autonomy in library and information sector

Abstract

       Considers the problem of economic autonomy of library and information institutions in the market economy; presents some popular forms of economic autonomy in modern library and information activities, enabling libraries access additional out-of-budget expenditures from different sources; Indicates necessary conditions for carrying out economic  autonomy in library and information activities in Vietnam in the present context of the market economy.
