     Analyzing the role of academic libraries. Discussing the requirements for Vietnamese academic libraries during the process of higher education reform in Vietnam,  especially on: developing resources; improving librarian skills; developing more diverse products and services; innovating library and information services and methodologies; focusing on training users.
