Abstract
The article introduces Dewey Decimal Classification Standards and Rules. Based on the survey results on the online access index of the library of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, it identifies some limitations in classifying documents as well as in applying specific classification standards and rules at the library.
