Reading culture from perspectives of public libraries in the innovation and international intergration period

Abstract

     The article introduces some general definitions, influential factors, structure and role of the reading culture as well as the development of the reading culture. It then suggests some solutions and recommendations to develop the reading culture at public libraries.
