Local libraries for new rural development in the Red River Delta region: Current situation and issues

Abstract

    The article presents results of the research and assessment on the current status of local libraries in the Red River Delta region. The author suggests solutions and proposals to promote the role of local libraries in the new rural development, as well as to reaffirm their important contribution in improving the knowledge and life quality of local people.
